Typically each person recognizes just one butt, but if you are speaking functionally, you may actually come to understand having two butts. In this course, Gary Gray analyzes and rehabilitates injuries to the groin and shares his training techniques to prevent injury. Within his analysis, Gary discusses the use of the TrueStretch™ when examining the groin and also provides various exercises to functionally train the groin. You will appreciate how Gary explores the interactivity and complexity of this mysterious collection of muscles and nerves. Groin injuries can be difficult to diagnose and tricky to rehab. But, Gary’s 35 yrs of experience and insight, as well as a bit of trial and error, have helped him gain a functional understanding of what he calls“the front butt.
By the end of this online course you will be able to do the following: (1) Understand the structural and functional differences between the “back butt” and the “front butt”.
